Get value from lookup table in assignment

Hello all,

I have a flat lookup table with one field set to type Integer. I would like to get the value from this field and place that same value in a field on the main table. It seems like this should be possible using an assignment, but I can't quite get the syntax correct. Does anyone know what the syntax for this would look like. Or if there are any other options?
