Transport Buffer Queue Locked. Why? Urgent!!

HI,

I have had transport queue locked? why does it happends? When ever we get an error code 12 when importing transport, our queue gets locked.. why does it happend? Any idea? I know how to unlock it.

Some times basis also deletes the request entry from table TPSTAT to solve the issue based on the request status.

I think the points system is down ,else you would see it when you reply this post .

word of caution..pls never try this activity independently ,let basis have a lookin to it as it may also lead to some other AUDIT(SOX) related issues.

It can get locked if some of the previous requests failed due to unknown reason and if they are huge.

You cannot proceed in this case of importing other requests until this buffer is cleansed.

Request your Basis to clear this queue ,you will not have the authorizations for STMS transaction
