Brbackup through Autoloader

Hi,

In my organization SAP 4.7c runs on Windows 2003 Cluster server . I have upgrade my Backup device from LTO1 single tape to LTO3 Autoloader 1/8 tape device . Now while executing the Brbackup through brtools it gives problem .

Please suggest the suitable soultion.
