CJR2 don't show closed WBS's

When we run TC CJR2 "Planning Cost Elements/Activity Inputs Change" and choise all WBS elements, the layout only shows non-Closed WBS elements.

In theory this is OK, cause we don't need to change values on Closed elements, but but but on the button line we get the totals excluding values from the closed elements.

In the display version CJR3 both the closed and non-closed at displayed in the list, and also in the totals.

So, if the person updating the values in CJR2 want to see the totals of the project, he has to open CJR3 as well.

Somebody who have a solution/workaround on this?

Hans,

If you want to see the values for closed WBS in this transaction specifically, you need to change the business transaction control for the user status (OK02) and allow the planning for this status.

Does your answer mean that the users then are allowed to update on the closed WBS´s?

Hans,

Yes. If you remove the prohibited flag the users will be able to edit the values. The best you could do in this case is to set a warning message.

Remember this transaction is to modify values and it is not suitable for planing analysis.
