Which BO Workbooks use my BEx-Query?

Hello

is it possible to get a report of BO workbooks (we are on 4.1) that use certain BEx queries from our BW 7.4?

The BW system is connected via OLAP-Connection.

Dear all, you were right. Using the tool "DocuPerformer" would get this. It is a very good tool of course. But this reporting should be possible without an extra tool of course. Has anyone found a way to get the relation workbook->query in the meanwhile? Regards, Peter

Nope, this issue has not been adressed. I got hints, that the 3rd party software "DocuPerformer" can show these relations.

Hi Shwetha,

I am also struggling to get this information for Analysis workbooks. But the link which you mentioned is for WEBI. I am running the below script

SELECT * FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS WHERE si_kind="AO.WORKBOOK" and si_name='<workbook name on BI platform>'

The output hence is not having any reference to Bex queries used in workbook (like number of Bex queries used, Name / ID of Bex queries).
