HANA XS Job Scheduler App/UI

Hi,

Is there an available HANA XS Job Scheduler App/UI that is similar to transaction code SM37 in SAP ECC?

Basically my scenario is that i don't want to go inside HANA Studio or Web IDE and change the XSJob file whenever i want to change the job frequency (the xscron syntax).

I assume you are talking about Job Scheduling in XS Classic. Then a look in the official online documentation (which would be always a good thing to do) would provide following: Maintain XS Job Details in the XS Job Dashboard

Hi Florian,

Thank you for providing links to SAP documentations. Actually, i have read those documentations before i posted my question. Yes...i am referring to the XS Classic. But the thing, there is no option to change the frequency of the job. It is still defined in the xsjob file. So if a user wants to change the frequency of the job, the xsjob file has to be modified.

What i was looking at is a tool that is similar to SM37 in ECC. We haven't explored XS Advanced though.

You can change the schedule in the XS (Classic) Job Dashboard.

Mark the schedule in the dashboard and press button "Edit Schedule". If you don't have that option please check if you have role sap.hana.xs.admin.roles::JobScheduleAdministrator.
