R/3 support package Import Issue..

Hi all ,

We are in a production system. In r/3 system pur client is importing some support package(Not BW relevant) .. But it is showing some Open extraction request error with SAP Note 328181 which is saying delete the extraction queue , RSA7 and SET UP table ..

We deleted LBWQ, RSA7 data but we don't want to delete the SET UP table data as it is the huge data volume..But anyhow they have to import the support package.We also released all the BW related request

Could anybody help me , how to fix this without deleting SET UP table.
