Meaning of field GUID of a CRM Order object in Datasource 0CRM_CONTACT_OUT

Dear Sirs,

The standard datasource Customer Contact: Outbound (0CRM_CONTACT_OUT) delivers a field Guid of a CRM Order object (0CRM_0HGUID).

What does this field acctually give you?

Is it a GUID of a acctual order created in CRM for the given BP (in a given marketing element, targetggroup)

Dear Jørgen,

Well GUID is the unique identifier, each product (physical product, financing product) having a separate GUID, again each contract having a GUID at header level and in item level for each line item a separate GUID is there. Now in the item level table you have the reference with header level GUID, contract no is not there. So say in the program you have to fetch all the line items or BRI for a particular contract, you have to use GUID to access those instead of contract no.

Same concept is there in LAE (ECC).

Hello Atin,

I am aware of the usage of GUID, my question is more related to this specific GUID in this specific extractor. I am usure which order it reference to.

I wonder if this GUID is a reference to an order for the specific Business Parter in the specific Marketing Element (Campaign), Target group.

GUID is nothing but a link and unique id exist in all extractors in CRM

based on this we can extract data with respect to business needs

if you search in the SAP Help you find technical information of the extractor with table & field name of each extracted field... copying the link won't work as it's not completely "shown", but this is what's I found:
