Hello all,
A quick EHS question. When I delete a specification in cg02 I flag it for deletion but not until the funtion module C102_CHECK_SUB_DELETE is executed the specifications are really deleted.
The problem is that I have flagged for deletion a specification that I do not want to delete. How can I do this? The problem is that if I search for it in the workbench cg02 it is no longer visible
Many thanks and regards,
Alberto
Hi Alberto,
Hope to understand your query..Program RC1PHDEL sets the Flag 'Set deletion indicator'. If you want to delete these entries physically which are marked as
deleted (in master table ESTRH and detail tables, ie. ESTMJ),
You can run report RC1PHDEL again with Flag 'Physically delete' set...
Note 1043546 has details on this program...
Thanks Amber

Thanks Amber,
What I am trying is to "Unmark for deletion" a specificacion. I mean when I have Set deletion indicator in some specifications so there are no longer available in the specification hit list, but I have create a query to se that information. I realize that there is a specification with the Set deletion indicator but I dont want to delete, I want to recover it.
How can I unmark the Set deletion indicator?
Many thanks again,
Alberto
Hi Alberto,
Unfortunately there is no standard way to do that..When you delete a spec, a valuation, and identifier the data are marked for deletion in the appropriate table e.g.ESTRH, ESTVA, or ESTRI with DELFLAG set...The data is deleted from the table during the run of RC1PHDEL.If you wish to unmark the flag then you will have do it ( ie remove DELFLAG from these tables) manually via SE16. Alternatively you can create a report to do so..Please let me know if you need help with the report..
Thanks
Amber
