Error in Portal --- User Admin Link

Hi

I am running NW2004s Portal on AIX.

when i Log on to the Portal and Click on User Admin Link then i get this exception.

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.core.DispatcherException: The requested deployable object 'sap.com/pb' and application 'PageBuilder' are not deployed on the server. Please check the used URL for typos.

but if i use the <server>:<port>/useradmin link then it works fine.

what can be the reason ?

Regards,

Rajendra

    Hi Rajendra,

It seems the application is disabled or not yet started. In order to do so, please go to Content Admin->Webdynpro and under browser check the file sap.com/pb which is having application page builder.

Select the application, on right side it will open it. Please enable it. and if it shows the status as RED in the Started option Go to visual admin->Server->services->deploy->webdynpro and start this particular application.

    Hope this helps.
