Connect to SAP from VB

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario for one of our clients.

I need to call a VB Application(EXE) from ABAP which will return some values to SAP-ABAP program.

How do I transfer data from VB to SAP.

Can anyone give me some examples on how to go about this scenario.
