Hi experts,
We are planning to have only master data in our SBX of production to check the codes,
Can some one kindly suggest is it possible with client profiles or import/export method.

To only copy master data you would need a migration tool like SAP Advanced Data Migration by BackOffice Associates. I describe how to migrate customer master data with it in my respective blog series:
