Crystal Reports 11.5 R2 and Oracle 12c

Hello,

Using Crystal Reports 11.5 R2 (11.5.12.1838), on a Windows 7 64-bit, I try to generate a report based on data stored in Oracle 12c, but I get the error: Failed to retrieve data from the database.

The same report, executed in the same conditions, using data stored in Oracle 11g, is generated successfully..

Is Crystal Reports 11.5 R2 (11.5.12.1838) compatible with Oracle 12c?

Where could I find a list of databases compatible with Crystal Reports 11.5 R2 (11.5.12.1838)?

Thank you, Abhilash, for your answer.

After a lot of testing, I have been able to successfully generate reports based on Oracle 12c (12.1 and 12.2) using Crystal Reports 11.5 R2 (11.5.12.1838), on Windows 7 client computers, by installing ODAC 12.1 Release 1 (32-bit, obviously) on these client computers.

I have been able to report off of a 12c database using CR XI R2 with the Native Oracle driver.
