portal runtime error

hi all,

when a user clicks his uwl task, the below error is coming

<b> An Exception occured while processing the request for:

iview:pcd:portal_content/every_user/general/uwl/com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl..uwlSapLunch

Component Name:com.sap.portal.appintegrator.sap.Transaction

Excepiton in sap application integrator occured: Exception occured in layer Transaction/WebGuiConnectionITS640Layer.

Exception Id:05:03_05/11/_07_0030/17868050

any suggestion will be appreciable

hi sukanta,

provide supported jar files,it solve the problem.

hi Naresh,

If i am accessing user information in other system its working fine but when in his system acessing i am getting this problem. Would you please brief about the which jar i need to provide because i am new to this.

Were you able to resolve this issue. I suddenly started this error. It was working properly before. I am using sap transaction iview.

hey sukanta,

u hav alternativs for this

1>add the domain of your backend(r3/bw) in his hosts file(.C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts).

2>Make sure sapgui is installed in his machine.

3>try with web gui option in your iview

4>permit him to access the app integrator system

Make sure that on the system which you are accessing is installed with SAP GUI.As the transaction code you are trying to access might have been developed making use of a transaction iview.Or else make sure that the ITS server is configured to the portal.Im not sure of the GUI used while creating the transaction iview for the particular application.As per the iview developed make sure that particular GUI is available on the system which ever you are accessing.
