Delta for 0FI_GL_4 has missing data... why

Hi All,

Our delta extraction for 0FI_GL_4 from Sept and Oct, we face some missing records. It never happen before. All extraction has status Green (ok). Missing records have been reclaimed through Full Repair Request.

My questions:

- how can delta miss this records (based on Doc. Number)

- why the missing records not updated into table BWFI_AEDAT (records exist in BKPF)

- what other steps to reconsile between BW and R/3

Hi Abas,

Iam not sure whether iam correct or not.But the 0FI_GL_4 is a line item GL extractor.It is gets updated thru function module : BWFID_GET_FIGL_ITEM.

When checked the function module,the database table from which it is fetching the data is BSEG (Accounting Document segment).In the FM,if the update mode is "s",only then the delta data is updated into 0FI_GL_4 data source.

The one which you are checking is BKPF(Accounting Document Header).

So as a conclusion,first check whether the doc number which u want exists in BSEG table or not.Based on that,you can reconcile between R/3 and BW.
