Sales group.

How and where you can assign people to a sales group and my client's requirement is salesman's email address to be printed on all SD documents and AR Reminder Letters.How to do it?

    Hi Sunil

    You can assign sales people in the field "Sales group" which you can find in Customer master --> Sales area data --> Sales.

    But I dont think possibility of including email address. Probably with the help of your ABABer and User Exit, this could be included.

    Sales Group. The staff of a sales office may be subdivided into sales groups. For example, sales groups can be defined for individual divisions.

    Salespersons. Individual personnel master records are used to manage data about salespersons. You can assign a sales person to a sales group in the personnel master record.
