Appraisals - Sum Weighting Column

Hello,

I am setting up an OSA template and need to be able to sum/total the values in the weighting column (client would like them to add to 100%) during the objective setting (planning phase). I modified a value determination BADI but nothing is being returned. I inserted a breakpoint and it turns out that it isn't even being called (correctly?). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
