Problem with crystal reports for VS2010 framework 3.5 in WindowsS 10

Today i update windows 10 and my simple project with crystal reports have a big problem: to create it pass almost 10 minute, yesterday 10 seconds!!!

I used Visual Studio 2010 and framework 3.5.

I tried CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_2 and CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_15 but the results are the same.

CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_21 dont'go!

I disperate!

Windows 10 was not support until later, use SP 21.
