Hi WF experts,

We need to delete some workitems.

When I try to go:

– TCO to SWIA

– select a number of top-level workflow workitems using Ctrl or Shift

– Edit > Work Item > Logically Delete

I get this error:

Runtime Errors MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN
ABAP Program CL_POBJ_CASE==================CP
Application Component PA-AS

How to correct the error |
keywords: |
"MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN" " " |
"CL_POBJ_CASE==================CP" or "CL_POBJ_CASE==================CM00W" |
"IF_POBJ_CASE~LOCK"

Information on where terminated |
Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_POBJ_CASE==================CP" - |
in "IF_POBJ_CASE~LOCK". |
The main program was "RSWIWILS ". |
|
In the source code you have the termination point in line 35 |
| of the (Include) program "CL_POBJ_CASE==================CM00W".

Do I need some authorization?

Thanks for any help

Hi Reza,

I would think your authorizations are OK, otherwise you would probably not even get into the transaction. Have you tried logically deleting just one high-level workflow instance? If that's OK, then maybe you need to search OSS or ask your Basis team. This transaction has been around for a very long time so it's fairly stable.

Good luck!

Hi Reza,

If you can't find anything on OSS then create a message for SAP. When there is nothing wrong on the system then this report should not short-dump.

Hi,

This program should work. What is the reason for deleting them? Maybe the workitems are corrupted somehow. I would indeed check with Basis team first to see if there are things out of the ordinary which might cause this behaviour.
