SMARTFORM Alignment

Hello All,

I created a new smartform Z_HRRCF_DATA_SUMMARY_REQUISITI and tried to assign it through the IMG but I am getting an error saying my form does not match the original Smart Form template.. and that import parameters are different.

My question is how do I align my form interface with that of Smart Form template HRRCF_DATA_SUMMARY_REQUISITION. Please advice. Maximum points will be rewarded for the correct answer!!
