Datepicker always in english

DataPicker displays date only in english. What is the way to display of the language of the portal user ?

HI Aurelin,

the portal user language is maintained in your portal profile and this is also used in the user component in VC, but I think the language of date picker resp. the format should be defined under the format property of the date picker. Right click on the date picker choose property and go to the tab format.

the name of the months can not be changed. I don't know any workaround for this issue.

Maybe you can open an OSS or I will forward a link to this thread to a SAP Support employee.
