picking error

hai

while preparing sales order item quantity is 11, confirmed qty is also 11,but while doing delivery the picking qty is becoming 10,why?

give me suggestions

Hi,

this may be because of warehouse management Active or in delivery item category Ex TAN it is not relevent of picking.

if warehouse management is active u have to create a transfer order then picking quantity is automatically comes.

if delivery item ctegory is not active - activate the picking relevent in tan item category.

i think u will get the answer.
