I want to add new column in the t-code VBN1 inside screen where 'Free Goods View-INCLUSIVE or EXCLUSIVE' data displays.

With which part of the requirement are you struggling?

The steps to define condition tables are very well explained in SPRO help and the procedure for free goods table setup is very similar to that of regular pricing.

Did you read carefully the information in System Modifications and Free Goods nodes in SD?

In table maintenance did you set footer indicator to ensure that it appears in the detail list?

Hi Vaselina....

I am not aware of exact functionality of the VBN1 as I am Technical person.

Could you please help me in brief or suggest me any link or any document which I supposed to prefer...

If you are only acting as ABAP developer for this change, then it is not you who will do the setup.

This is typically done by SD functional consultants (I know it is confusing sometimes with transport requests, but developers rarely are asked to manage this part).

For free goods tables the tcode is V/N2 and it can be found in SD->Basic Functions->Free Goods->Maintain Condition tables.

Here it is how it looks when you switch to technical view of the table (take a look at the footer field checkbox):

The consultant can do this only after the field is enabled already for condition table maintenance (for new z-fields this is your part of the change).

The rest (condition table creation) is pretty straightforward and any qualified SD consultant knows how it is done.

I'm wondering if you could switch it to an answer? The comments are hidden by default, almost reported this as "spec dumping" before realizing there were comments. 😞

I converted it and now the discussion looks even more confusing 🙂

My initial reaction was similar to yours, but then I realized that I would be really annoyed if a developer touches my precious SD setup, just like a developer would be upset if I mess with his work.

Thank you! Yes, this whole comment/answer thing is weird. But at least now we have more than a blank screen here.
