Can anyone plaese tell me,

When i am executing off cycle pay roll for bonus i am getting an error that Sap_CO varient dose not exists but i have not selected this variant.

Please tell where do we select that variant type in off cycle payroll and why i am getting this error.

hi jahnavi,

u open the report HINCALC0 in SE38 tcode, then enter all the details like offcycle reason and date which related to offcycle configuration and then there u save it. it will ask for variant name there u give SAP_OC and description.then save it. after that go to offcycle workbench and run it.

if u not getting that then i will send u the detailed document.ok

Hi Janvi

Are you running Off cycle from Off cycle workbench PUOC_10 or Regular payroll driver RPCALCU0?

If you are running it from RPCALCU0, the you might be using variant there? So try to run it from PUOC_10.

Also i have some good material on offcycle please send your mail id.i will send it across.

I am using off cycle workbench.But as far as i know we dont use any varient in that.BUt why i am getting this error.I tried with regulay payroll giving reasons for off cycle payroll it worked.Why is this.
