Adding an inspection lot to PM order

Dear PM experts,

In my scenario there are four company codes and each has separate functional locations. I have created functional location task lists to each functional location. When create a PM order I assign a task list and when release the PM order inspection lot is automatically created. This situation is same to three companies. But for a one company when release the PM order inspection lot is not created. After release such PM order when I go to create inspection lot manually to it I can't to do that because create inspection lot is disable. Can anyone explain me that after assign functional location task list to the PM order when release it why is inspection lot not created. But other three companies it works.

Please check in task list header QM data sub screen area Inspection point you have assigned or not.

Thank you for your answer. I checked. Already in task list header QM data sub screen area Inspection point has been assigned to the functional location task list.
