Customize a desktop shortcut (file .SAP)

Hello everybody.

I'm looking for a way to customize the shortcut to sap transaction, because my need is to open the ME23N on a PO, simply clicking the file we send out via email to a specific user. E.g.: the user receives the link via email attachment, he opens it and after inserting his logon data, the sapgui shows the desired PO in ME23N.

So, if this is the content of the link:

is it possible to do what I only guessed?
