WebIDE Personal - Connection ECC

Good Morning.

I installed SAP WebIDE Personal a few days ago and I'm trying to connect to the ECC system, but I'm working without success.

I have already done the creation and configuration of DESTIONATIONS (as below), but even so, when selecting the DATA CONNECTION in SERVICE CATALOG, the message below is displayed:

"DEV Catalog Service is unavailable. Please try again".

My DESTINATION: Description = LKM 
DEV Type = HTTP 
TrustAll = true 
Authentication = NoAuthentication 
Name = DEV 
ProxyType = OnPremise 
URL = http: //192.168.197.24: 8000 
WebIDEUsage = odata_abap, ui5_execute_abap, dev_abap, odata_gen 
WebIDESystem = DEV 
WebIDEEnabled = true 
sap-client = 100 

What should I do to get object access within the ECC to create the projects in WebIDE? Thank you.
