Secondary education cess

For FI side, I have updated the tax procedure to include this secondary education cess but nothing done at tax code part.. All tax codes will need to be updated with this 1% secondary edcess.

As for SD and MM portions, I would assume that you will now need to associate this new line of secondary cess into existing taxes/conditions. Could you advise which are the conditions that will be affected from FI and MM?
