Hi All,

I would like to create UDF in title part but it contains amount in words of sales order. Is it available in SAP B1 or I have to create FMS for it. Please give advice. Thanks.

Steve,

The Amount in Words is only stored in the the Checks for Payment (OCHO) table. No other document has this available.

So, if you need this in the Sales Order form UDF, you will have to trace the code that SAP uses to Convert the Amount to Words.

I am not so sure that SAP B1 can't have amount in words in other languages beside the languages that has been set up in SAP B1.

You must develop code for that. First steps are to find out the code and just using the google or find related literatur.

I have one code for amount in words but it can be different with your requirement. Let me know your requirement firsts.

Are you talking about adding the UDF at the Marketing Documents Header level.

Do you want to print the Amount of Sales Order DocTotal in Words in this User Field.

You are correct. Our company want to show that amount in words not in print layout only but in the UDF that is defined in title part.
