SNP optimizer IT_constraint

Hi Experts

we are using input log Et_constraint togheter with input log ET_CONSTRAINT_ARCMAT_ITEMS to feed our SNP optimizer. Filling these input logs is not a problem. However it seems that the optimizer is looking at these logs globally.

in the arcmat items a from and to bucket is defined for a specific transporation lane to make sure a lower bound quantity is planned from a source to a target location. However if we for example have 2 constraints from location a to B for fthe same product, but for first constraint valid bucket is 1 till 3 and for second constraint the buckets are from 2 till 4. in both cases lower bound is 10 000 .

then the optimizer is planning this 10 000 only once in bucket 2 or 3 (overlapping bucket). But we would like that the optimizer is planning it twice..

do you see that the optimizer will plan a result for each constraint seperatly?

the setup is so that besides the RDCs we also group customer as a location in SNP and placing the sales order on the customer locations in SNP. But we use the constraint log as a way to indicate to the system that already a part should prefarably be sourced from a specific location. So in a way we are forcing multisourcing.
