MDG requestors/approvers are complaining that they are missing some of the change requests in NWBC.
If they try to search the request by number they can find it but they do not get the auto notification for the request.
This is not happening for all the submitted request but only few here and there.
I am new to MDG and wondering what could be possible reasons?
