High Availability portal

Hi all

I have EP7-SP12 installed on MS-Cluster.

instance 00 - Central Instance

instance 03 - Dialog Instance.

The only instance with VisualAdmin and ConfigTool is 00.

How do I control the parameters of instance 03?

Currently, Instance 03 reports license expiration and thus does not start. I want to use VisualAdmin to install the license.
