syncronization of password fails

hi all,

while trying to configure RFC destination in SWU3 i am getting message as "synchronization of password failed" can anyone help me why this error is coming and how to rectify this user.

The error was coming due to the authorization problem with the user using which i was trying to configure SWU3.

We has the same problem.

It was recommended by a SAP consulant to delete WF_BATCH. The system auto created the user ID WF-BATCH and synconized the password.
