We are using fiori leave request and My Inbox. When the approver processes the leave request the pop-up comment box appears, if the approver does not enter any comments and approves the leave the workflow goes into error.
On checking the workflow log the following error is shown:
'Attachment 1 could not be added to the mail.'
The leave document data base shows the leave as approved and the posting program posts the request. It is just failing at workflow level when trying to send the notification.
If , the approver enters a comment the workflow completes and there is no error.
I have tested this scenario with both leave request v2 and v3 and My Inbox V1 and V2 and have the issue with both.
