Have you carried out the variance calculation for the process order, before carrying out the settlement?

Hi

Normally when you configure co-product, you have to define source structure, where you have to define what % you want to allocate to co-products for each category of cost (range of cost elements) incurred in the production order.

According to what you are describing, you have missed to include the cost elements of that cost in column no 5.

Assign points in a way to say thanks.

Hi

Please check whether it is a rework order and if so whether it has material reference. If you manually create a production order without material reference and assign this order in the settlement rule to another production order, the order is not considered as a rework order from a logistical point of view and is hence not taken into account in CO8B, but only with the 'Actual Settlement Production/Process Orders' (Transaction CO88).

Hope this solution is useful
