I am looking for an option to automate idoc failures in ECC. for example, When i post a confirmation in srm , the idoc message type(MBGMCR) fails to post in ecc if the combination is incorrect. Today we are sending emails manually to requestors informing that their confirmations have failed in ECC due to incorrect combination.
I know there is way to send notifications to post processing agent but this does not serve our purpose. We would like to send the error notification to the user who created the confirmation rather than an agent. Does anyone know how we can achieve this through standard or custom?
the requestor user iD is available in the idoc structure. from this can we do something?
