International Version" button in XD01 from 4.7 versions..

Hi All,

We can find "International Version" button in XD01 from 4.7 versions..

But cudnt find in 4.6 Version...

Plz help me..in findin out the reason.

Can there's an way to hav it in even 4.6c version?
