Comp Cess Condition behavour in MIRO

We have created a Comp. Cess Condition (Qty. Based) at item level as per GST requirement in MM. Now the thing is as per condition per ton amount is getting deducted from the basic price that is alright but at the same time it is deducting the freight amt. also which is wrong.

For Exp. suppose my basic price is 6619 inr per ton and comp. cess is 400 inr per ton and freight is 400 inr per ton then what it does is it is calculating basic price as 6619-400 = 6219 inr per ton which is fine but it is giving same effect on freight also 500-400 = 100 inr per ton which it should not do. Due to this we are unable to do MIRO as it is not matching with the bill amt.

Please suggest how to remove this problem ? Do we need to do something while creating condition in MM or something else need to be done ?
