we are doing IDOC to HTTP's scenario. we are using secure certificate. we have 4 systems DEV ,IT,QA,PROD.
1. we installed certificate of one vendor in IT in trust manager. when did a test connection in sm59 we got ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR. we tried all the ways at last we restarted application server. then it working fine with status code as 200. the same thing happened in case of XIQ also.we are using same certificate in all the systems. Now we are in PROD, here we are facing major problem, it s not possible le to restart prod system, we also tried by restarting ICM process . than also its not working.let me know is there any way to resolve this issue with out restarting application ser ver.
2. this problem we are facing for only one vendor but for remaining vendors, we just installed the certificate that's it ,its working fine
please let me know how to resol ve this issue.
