how to delete access sequence in 'Define Access Sequence for Inbound Delivery'

Hello Experts,

I am trying to delete access sequence from the list in 'Define Access Sequence for Inbound Delivery'

(I added 1 access sequence and I want to reverse it)

But as you can see below, if I tried to delete it from the list,

it gives me this message.

If I choose 'without dep.records' it deletes nothing.

If I choose 'all entries' it is prompted to below screen and gives message

'Do not make any changes(SAP entry)' and I can't do nothing from here, ended up getting message that I deleted nothing.

Can anyone please give me how to solve this problem>

Thanks.

I hope you learned to use customer namespace in future.

As to your question, you simply need to be more persistent - there will be more pressing of enter and save, but it is possible.

You are Correct. I just needed to hit enter more.

I was nervous cause it is my first time to change configuration.

Thank you for your advice.

By the way, What do you mean about the customer namespace?

Ohhh... this is a really important concept that your instructor or colleagues should have explained to you before you got SPRO edit privileges.

Do you have access to read SAP notes?

If yes, you can start by reading 16466 - Customer name range for SAP objects.

If you don't, in simple words, the idea is the following: SAP and customers have separate name ranges to deliver changes, which ensures that when you configure something, it won't be overwritten in a future update by SAP.

In most cases, this means using objects starting with Z* or Y* or if your company has own name range your programs and FMs could start with /***. There are exceptions of the general rule, which are outlined in the note.

For access sequences, use Z* or Y*, for condition tables you create new ones, starting from 501 (at least this is what SPRO help for condition tables says in my system). In most cases you can find details on customer name range in the SPRO help for the item that you work on, so make sure that you have read it before creating or changing entries.
