Calculate money amount of returns per Agent

Hi all,

Given a scenario of B2B implementation, our firm sells inventory to agents who sell these items for end clients who become our billing monthly charged clients.

We need a mechanism to mark amount of money deducted of the debt of an agent if he created income by end customer.

For example, an agent purchased inventroy in 1200USD and created income of end customer of 300USD per month. We want to deduct 300USD of the debt of this agent for next month. What is the best way to have the agent refunded taking into account that he does not return the inventory he just created an income? Where to calculate those dedcutions per agent of all his created clients?
