I just upgraded from Crystal Reports XI to SAP Crystal Reports 2016 and am using Visual Studio 2017. What do I need to install for the Crystal Decisions runtime dlls? Does this need to be installed on the server as well?

You could try searching first, lot's of posts on the installer.
