Installation trouble CE 7.1 trial : JCE

G'day to you all!

This is probably a very basic basic question for you experts.

When I try to install CE 7.1 trial ... the step "Define Parameters" it query me about the location of "JCE Unlimited Strength Juristiction Policy Archive".

I did download and install "Download JDK 5" (probably wrong one). Then I tried to select some of the files from this installation to CE7.1 installation but the same answer every time "c:\java\jre1.5.0_13\/Licence does not contain all needed files".

Im completely out in the blue what to enter in the field for JCE.... do you guys have any solution for this.

Henrik,

I had the same problem. The solution is to download the Java JCE file from <a href="http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp">http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp</a> under Other downloads. Do not extract the JCE file, and select the JCE zip file in the installation.
