MIS ALLIGNMENT IN THE SECOND PAGE OF THE SMARTFORMS

I have created two pages in smartform .I want to print header template and footer template on each pages which i have declared in the main page itself on both pages.

i have written page break condition in the condition module.

but on the second page the table borders and the internal table data is mismatching.

please help me regarding this issue.

Sorry, can't help with so limited information. Post the screenshots of the form elements and what exactly is "mismatching".

this is my second page the borders of the table are coming down if you can compare it with first page..

actually my requirement is to display header template and footer template immediately after the table which you can see it in the image and it should be displayed on each page.
