How to move Profit Center from Company code to another

Hi,

we had to separate company with same Controlling area, the business deiced to change the dependence of one of this company,

Each company has separate Company Code, Profit Centers & Cost Centers
We would like to move the profit center & cost center with all data posted as it is ( with all data & all history ) to another company code

for Exp.

First Company Code: X01 , Profit Center: Y01, Y02, Cost Center: xxxx

Second company code: Z01 , Profit Center: X01, X02, Cost Center: YYYY

I need to know how to move the profit center with Cost center of second company to be under the first company code ( as below )

First company: First Company Code: X01 , Profit Center: Y01, Y02, X01, X02

Cost Center: xxxx, YYYY
