Hi experts,
I am using bapi_customerreturn_create to create return orders with reference to my existing sales order. I am using only few lines from my existing order for creating the return order. Problem I face is, copy control is not triggering and account assignment is not populated for my return items.
Which actually works when order is created manually via va01.
Kindly help me with your expertise here.
Best Regards,
Anil Supraj
Maybe you can join forces with the developer from this thread:
https://answers.sap.com/questions/320848/discount-condition-record-exit-not-in-return-so-us.html
It looks as if you have stepped on the same rake.
From your explanation I understand that the workaround from sap note 370988, option 1 is not very convenient for you and it will be a last resort, but have you looked into the example from option 2 (the txt attachment)?
