How to find moving average price for a product on a specific date.

Hi Kumar

I dont think u will get it for specific period. But u can get it for specific period in table MBEWH (Field - VERPR).

If u get it for a specific date plz also let me know.

You can not find moving average price on any particular date, this is updated evey relvent transaction. But no change records is stored for every change made.

It is not possible to have MAP on a particular date (unless it is current date) The only way could be to generate a report from MSEG table.

MSEG has fields for 'Stock qty & value prior to posting a material document'. So, you have to develop a report, where for a given date, check the first material document for the material after this given date. In this case, you can directly pick the stock/value fields from MSEG and calculate MAP. If there is no material document after the given date, take the current MAP.
