CATS Not doing correct for changed after approval entries.

Hi,

Did anyone had this issuse before, I entered 4 hrs to an attdence type in CATS and approved and saved the record using CATS_APPR_LITE. Now I am going back to time sheet and making the 4 hours as 0 hrs and saving it. now if i pull up the record through CATS_APPR_LITE to approve the change, it is still showing 4 hrs and approved.

It seems that CATS is not processing "Changed after approval" status correctly. Do any one know where the issue lies in?? Is it an authorization issue or Basis or Development????

We are on SAP ECC 6.0.

Did you release that entry after you approve and change. Please release the changed entry, then it will show up in CATS_APPR_LITE as 0 hrs.

ok, the basic thing is when u change data in CATS u need to release it before/after saving.

And if thats not the case type in 10 to 60 for the Processing status field in CATS_APPR_LITE report.

Status Indicator

In process 10

Released for approval 20

Approved 30

Approval rejected 40

Changed after approval 50

Cancelled 60

and now u should be able to see all the changed records with the respective statuses..........

You will have a approved & a cancelled entry. And another entry for approval.
