Activation of M records from DataStore object terminated

Hi All, I am getting error while activating data into ODSes. This is happening to some of the ODSes not all. I tried deleting that request & reloading but it fails at the activation. The request shows red in the manage, when I try to change the request from red to green it says that "Request is already (partially) activated; no further QM action possible". I can't make it green so can't activate the request manually.

I am getting the following error messages:

Activation of M records from DataStore object ODS_PPOR terminated

Time limit exceeded. No return of the split processes

Process BCTL_47NQSIEIQXZC6C47ZUFBUATQM could not be terminated. Terminate manually

Error during confirmation of process 000018

There has been few erros in the database but can't do mcuh as the basis resource is currently not avaliable. Is there something that I can do it to fix this issue. kindly help!
