0Vendor ATTR Master Data : all records are not getting loaded

Hello friends. Please help me with this. we have 0Vendor ATTR Master Data Full Loads. Now load comes perfect in PSA 6800 records. When I load to Infoobject via DTP it fails Complaining Duplicate records. Which are not since Compcode can be repeated for different vendors.

****However I Ticked the Get Data by Request option in Extraction Tab. Now I saw that loads are success But Now all records are not getting loaded to MASTER DATA INFOOBJECT VIA DTP. Beacuse entries were made in ECC XK02

and Changes do come in PSA but when i load the DTP it does not pull all the records ie new entries.

2. Also I tried Handle Duplicate records setting but again loads are success but Now all records are not getting loaded to MASTER DATA INFOOBJECT VIA DTP.

Please help what should I do to fix this.

Thanks

Regards

Soniya

did you use the error handling properly

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/46/989e73e9ad581ee10000000a1553f7/frameset.htm

Get data by request is for different purpose see below-

Get Data by Request - - Indicator

Since a DTP bundles all transfer-relevant requests from the source, it generates large requests in some instances. If you do not want to use a single DTP request to transfer the dataset from the source because the dataset is too large, for example, you can set the Get Data by Request indicator. This specifies that you want the DTP to read only one request from the source at a time. You set this indicator in DTP maintenance on the Extraction tab page.

You can change this indicator at any time, even if data has already been transferred.

Note that during delta update requests may back up in the source if more requests are posted in the source than are updated using the DTP in a particular time frame.

Hope it Helps

Hi Soniya,

Get data by request is not the way to go. The setting in the DTP should be enough to rectify this, i.e handle duplicate records. Have you cross checked the entries in the PSA alone to identify which are duplicates?
